This year will mark Social SafeGuard’s third birthday and we are proud that throughout the past few years, the platform has seen substantial growth – both in customers as well as functionality. In honor of this milestone, we are giving the platform a bit of a makeover by introducing Social SafeGuard v3.0! This includes a completely revamped user experience within our compliance dashboard (“Home”) as well as Archive modules (previously “Messages”).

Recently we have been chatting with a number of our customers, gaining better insights into how they use these key areas of the platform, what works great and where we can improve. As a result, we have updated our user interface to provide:

  • Immediate visibility into more information about a risk event so that you can review and make decisions much faster.
  • New tools, actions, and navigation options to help you more efficiently manage your risk events and content.
  • Additional trending analytics and capabilities to help provide greater insights into your organization’s activities.

We are very excited about the initial feedback received from our partners and customers during early previews, and are looking forward to Social SafeGuard v3.0’s release in early June. Thank you to all of our customers that participated in this process and provided invaluable input. We continuously strive to make Social SafeGuard not only the best platform available for ensuring social compliance, but also one that is highly intuitive for our end users.
